A Novembre poi è tempo di Tartufo a San Miniato. Paese storico di origini etrusche-romane, si trova in una zona collinare vicino al fiume Arno e dista da Montecatini Terme circa 30 Kilometri. Il Tartufo Bianco è una delle risorse più pregiate del territorio e da oltre 30 anni, in Novembre, in uno scenario di incomparabile bellezza si svolge la Mostra Nazionale del Tartufo, che richiama decine di migliaia di visitatori.
