La “Cena sotto le Stelle” vuole essere non soltanto una festa, ma anche e soprattutto l’occasione di accomunare in un’unica grande tavola imbandita, che percorre in tutta la sua lunghezza la Via Felice Cavallotti, persone provenienti dai più diversi luoghi e dalle più differenti culture, ma accomunate dalla passione per Montecatini Terme per la vita mondana e culturale, per le sue leggendarie Acque Termali e per la sua ospitalità.
